Stump! Trivia at Bistro Nouveau
Stump! Trivia made an auspicious start at Bistro Nouveau on Sept. 11, when 10 teams competed for points and prizes. There’s plenty of room for new (or reconstituted) teams as Stump! Trivia returns to the Bistro at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 25. Stump! Trivia is a two-hour game in which teams of two to six people test their skills at an assortment of trivia questions ranging from anatomy to literature, movies to history. Call 863-8000 to reserve your table. And a quick thanks to Kathy Pomer, the “warm up band” for Thursday’s event. This impromptu comedienne got things off to a fun start.
The Grantham United Methodist Church will hold a car wash and pie sale at the Grantham Fire Station on Oct. 11. More details closer to the event…
